The daily agenda is the tool, on paper or in electronic format, with which you record commitments, deadlines and blocks of activity, and with which you decide what to spend time on in the next twenty-four hours. The term comes from the Latin agenda, the neuter plural of the gerundive agendum: "the things to be done." The agenda does more than hold information: it directs attention to what to do today, separating the record of commitments from the decision-making tool. Distinctive: directs attention Distinctive: decision-making tool Essential: record commitments, deadlines and blocks of activity Essential: decide what to spend time on Essential: in the next twenty-four hours Constant: on paper or in electronic format
