Company culture is the set of shared assumptions, values and behaviors that shape the way an organization works, decides and relates to customers and suppliers. It does not coincide with organizational climate — the temperature perceived at a given moment — nor with the values written on the website, nor with employer branding aimed at the outside. The deep structure of culture is slow to change and generates the climate, but it is not exhausted by it. Distinctive: shared assumptions, values and behaviors Distinctive: temperature perceived at a given moment Essential: shape the way an organization works Essential: does not coincide with organizational climate Constant: decides and relates to customers and suppliers
