The Performance Prism is a performance measurement framework that starts from the satisfaction and contribution of stakeholders — not only shareholders — to derive strategy, processes and organizational capabilities. It explicitly includes all relevant stakeholders: supply chain, employees, the local community, banks. The starting point is the question "who are the stakeholders and what do they want" before defining what to measure.
